I am recruiting for either a general Orthopedic Surgeon, or a Surgeon who has an Ortho subspecialty (Foot & Ankle, Hand), to join a SSG in a very nice western suburb of Chicago. If you have a subspecialty in one of the above, you will be expected to take general Ortho call, and will have a mix of your subspecialty and some general Ortho. The majority of your day to day practice will be in your subspecialty.
Due to the recent retirement of 2 senior Surgeons, a rare opportunity exists for a General Ortho, Foot & Ankle, or Hand Surgeon Ortho to join this 11 Physician Single Specialty Orthopedic group. This 30-year old independent, physician owned orthopedic practice enjoys the reputation of one of the stellar orthopedic providers in the Chicagoland Western Suburbs.
The practice operates its own Ambulatory Surgery Center, along with new a Toshiba Opart MRI with full ACR Accreditation. The group also has in-house DEXA scan, PT and Hand Therapy services (a comprehensive website providing bios on all Physicians, video on the facility and other helpful information will be provided to interested candidates).
At present they cover all of the Orthopedic surgical sub-specialties from Foot/Ankle, Total Joint, Shoulder and Upper Extremities, Hand, Elbow, Spine and Sports.
